Copyright Claims
How to report content that you believe infringes your copyright and how we review requests.
MP3Juices respects the intellectual property rights of others. We do not host a music library; we provide a search and download interface for content available on third-party services. If you believe content accessible through our Website infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the address below.

Please use the subject line "Copyright claim" and include the URL of the page where the material appears.
What your notice should include
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed, including a copy or the location of an authorized version where possible.
- Identification of the material you believe is infringing, with enough detail (such as a URL) for us to locate it.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
How we respond
We review complete notices and may remove or restrict access to material that appears to infringe rights. We may also contact the user or the source of the content. Incomplete or irrelevant notices may receive no action.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
Repeat infringement
We may suspend or terminate access for users or sources that receive repeated valid copyright complaints.
Good-faith requirement
Please do not submit false or misleading claims. Misuse of this process may have legal consequences. If you are unsure whether content infringes your rights, consider seeking legal advice.
